A Soundworkshop is a combination between my songs and Soundmeditation/Soundwork. I sing to inspire you, to awaken you, so you can prepare yourself to open up your voice.
I'll guide you and work very gentle with you all the way. We'll create a room of "just being", and surrendering to the needs and instincts, as they manifest in the very moment.
Maybe you have never been singing with your soul and just letting the tones flow as they want to flow. When first you have opened, and dared the deeper step, - it's pretty easy, and deeply releasing.
You may have some technical challenges, if so, I will do my best to give you the tools needed, so your work can be fully experienced.
If it is a real difficulty for you, you may consider a couple of hours with me alone. (Read more under "Online Soundwork")
